About
I've spent two decades building operational infrastructure in organizations that didn't have it — turning ambiguity into systems, and systems into outcomes. My career hasn't followed a straight line. Live music. Culinary. Global advocacy. The variety isn't decorative. It's the toolkit.
At Global Citizen, I built the PMO from the ground up and have led it for nearly a decade — cross-functional programs spanning 100+ stakeholders, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and events with global reach. I operate at 30,000 feet and in the weeds, often simultaneously.
Lately I've been building AI-powered internal tooling on top of Cloudflare's developer platform. Not because someone asked me to — because the problems were there and I could solve them.

AI · Internal Tooling
An AI-powered LMS built to automate staff SOP training and quiz generation across a global org. Generates multiple-choice, multi-select, and short-answer quizzes from source documents. Administers assessments directly in Slack. Built by a non-engineer, solo, in production.
PMO · Enterprise
Built the organization's project management office from zero — governance frameworks, intake and prioritization systems, RACI structures, tooling infrastructure, and cross-functional delivery at scale across events, content, partnerships, and advocacy.
Automation · Workflow
Cloudflare Worker with a cron trigger that summarizes upcoming Programming tasks and Milestones from Asana into a formatted weekly Slack digest. Zero manual effort, always on, runs itself.
Infrastructure · Homelab
Self-hosted home infrastructure running on a Mac Mini M4 — fully containerized in Docker Compose, remote access via Cloudflare Tunnel with Zero Trust authentication, private mesh networking via Tailscale, and DNS-layer filtering via NextDNS. Built to production standards, maintained like it.
